I’m a Bay Area native, animal lover, bibliophile, and connoisseur of brunch and nachos.
After receiving my B.S. in biology from the University of Washington, I returned to the Bay to get my doctorate in physical therapy from Samuel Merritt University. That’s where I discovered my passion for pelvic health and rehabilitation.
With over 15,000 hours of clinical practice under my belt (pun intended), I’ve mentored dozens of physical therapists on pelvic floor rehabilitation and teach as an adjunct instructor in the physical therapy program at Samuel Merritt University. I also work with companies in the sex tech and femtech space, along with writing about pelvic health for various publications. From this work, I have pursued extensive training in sexual medicine and have completed a sexuality counseling program through the University of Michigan.
In short: I talk about taboo topics daily. There’s no such thing as TMI with me.
