Sexuality Counseling & Coaching
Achieve the sex life you want and deserve
Low sexual satisfaction is more common that you might think: Up to 63% of women and 52% of men report some degree of sexual concerns or disorders. With my experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist combined with my training in sexuality counseling from the University of Michigan, I aim to help you achieve the sex life you want and deserve. I talk about taboo topics daily, so there’s no such thing as TMI with me.
What care do I offer?
Virtual appointments that provide education and exercises to help with:
Pain with sexual activities
Vaginismus
Erectile and/or ejaculatory dysfunction
Low libido or desire
Coping and managing sexuality in relation to chronic health issues (cancer, endometriosis, etc.)
Difficulty having orgasms
Desire discrepancies between partners
Peri-menopausal and post-menopausal health issues
Sexual health during and following pregnancy
And more
“I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness and receptivity to my sharing intimate and vulnerable details of my life. Your gentle demeanor put me at ease in sharing such sensitive details.”
Why work with me?
My clinical practice style is down-to-earth and rooted in empathy. I recognize patients usually know their bodies and situation best. My role is to provide ideas and recommendations to help you achieve sexual satisfaction. I work to create a judgment-free and safe space for you to get the information you need to make the best choices for you.
I strive to make people feel comfortable and appointments as stress-free as possible. At the end of the day, it’s your body and your choice on what to implement.

What makes sexuality counseling different from sex therapy?
Sexuality counselors and coaches are educational professionals that act as an advisor to help clients achieve a more satisfying sex life or understanding of their sexuality. Counselors help individuals and partners discuss boundaries, enhance sexual pleasure, and become aware of sexual desires. Unlike mental health-trained sex therapists, sexuality counselors provide short-term treatment for immediate issues.
Counselors and coaches do not provide long-term psychotherapy or mental health services. If this is warranted, a referral will be made to the appropriate provider.
